IIRM Holdings India Ltd — Updates, 22-07-2025: Company Update

IIRM Holdings has received approval from the Regional Director for the amalgamation scheme with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sampada Business Solutions. This strategic move aims to simplify the group structure, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce administrative costs. All assets and liabilities of Sampada Business Solutions will transfer to IIRM Holdings from April 1, 2024. As part of the merger, IIRM Holdings' authorized share capital will increase from Rs. 34.07 Cr to Rs. 75.60 Cr. This consolidation is expected to maximize overall shareholder value by creating a more integrated and financially stronger entity.
