AKI India Limited — Important, 22-07-2025: General Updates

AKI India's Board has proposed the appointment of M/s. R K Parmarthi & Co. as Statutory Auditor for five years, covering FY 2025-26 to 2029-30. M/s. Jitendra Parmar & Associates is also proposed as Secretarial Auditor for the same five-year term. Both appointments are contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held virtually. These changes aim to strengthen the company's governance and compliance framework.
