Diffusion Engineers Limited held its 43rd Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2024-25. A final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY2024-25 was declared. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nitin Garg as a Director, ratified the Cost Auditor's remuneration for FY2025-26, and approved the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor.
