Prabha Energy has finalized its scheme of arrangement, completing the amalgamation of Deep Energy Resources and Savla Oil & Gas. This involved issuing shares in new ratios (11:8 for Deep Energy, 71:5 for Savla). For 11,358 shareholders with fractional entitlements, 6,024 shares were sold, generating net proceeds of INR 0.1168 Cr. These funds have now been distributed to eligible shareholders, streamlining the complex post-merger share adjustments and providing clarity for retail investors.
