Arunis Abode Ltd — Board Meeting, 22-07-2025: Board Meeting

Arunis Abode Limited has announced a board meeting to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds up to INR 100 Cr. This will be done through a Rights Issue of equity shares to existing shareholders, which involves approving the Draft Letter of Offer. This follows a previous board decision to authorize fund-raising up to this amount. Additionally, the trading window for company securities remains closed for designated persons and their relatives from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
