EcoHotels' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Following a review by the Audit Committee, the Board also approved the allotment of 0.103 Cr sweat equity shares to Executive Chairman Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi at Rs. 10 per share for his value addition. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from INR 51.51 Cr (5.15 Cr shares) to INR 52.54 Cr (5.25 Cr shares), impacting the capital structure.
