ECOHOTELS' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a standalone net loss of ₹1.19 Cr and a consolidated net loss of ₹1.32 Cr. Following review by the Audit Committee, the board also approved the allotment of 1,030,145 sweat equity shares to Executive Chairman Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi for value addition.
