Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has appointed Shri Sudhir Kumar, its current GGM (Finance) & CFO, as an Additional Director. He will assume the additional charge of Director (Finance) until a regular appointment is made or further orders. An experienced 1996 batch Indian Railways Accounts Services officer, Mr. Kumar brings a strong background in finance, accounting, and cost management from various railway units. This ensures continuity and experienced oversight in a key financial leadership role. He is not related to any existing director or KMP and holds no shares in the company.
