Jubilant Ingrevia Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 23-07-2025: Issue of Securities

Jubilant Ingrevia has issued Commercial Papers (CPs) worth Rs. 70 Crore on July 22, 2025, for short-term financing needs. These unsecured CPs have a 55-day tenure, maturing on September 15, 2025, and offer an annual interest rate of 5.90%. Interest is paid upfront, and principal on maturity. The company's Finance Committee approved CP issuance up to Rs. 600 Crore previously. Total outstanding CPs, including this issue, are now Rs. 150 Crore.
