Fortis Healthcare (FHL) signed an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement with Gleneagles Healthcare India (GHIPL), a related entity. Under the pact, FHL will manage 5 hospitals and 1 clinic, significantly expanding its operational footprint. FHL will receive a monthly service fee of 3% of the consolidated net revenue from these hospitals. Based on GHIPL's FY25 revenue of INR 718.5 Cr, this agreement is set to generate approximately INR 21.55 Cr annually, bolstering FHL's revenue and leveraging synergies for future growth.
