Fortis Healthcare Limited — Important, 23-07-2025: General Updates

Fortis Healthcare has significantly expanded its operational footprint by entering an agreement to provide operation and maintenance services for 5 hospitals and 1 clinic of Gleneagles Healthcare India (GHIPL). This strategic development, though with a related party, is on an arm's-length basis. Fortis will earn a monthly service fee equivalent to 3% of the hospitals' net revenue. This collaboration is expected to increase Fortis's geographical reach, boost managed bed capacity, and generate incremental revenue, enhancing overall profitability. The GHIPL hospitals had a consolidated revenue of INR 718.5 Cr as of March 2025.
