Incon Engineers has announced a special six-month window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests. This applies to requests lodged before April 1, 2019, that were rejected or returned due to documentation deficiencies. Shareholders can re-lodge these during the period from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Critically, any shares re-lodged for transfer will only be processed in dematerialized (electronic) form. The company strongly advises physical shareholders to update their KYC information and convert their shares to demat mode.
