Shelter Pharma held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to consider a special resolution. The meeting aimed to approve the issuance and allotment of up to 91,02,000 convertible equity share warrants. These warrants, priced at INR 42.25 each, will be offered to the Promoters Group and Non-Promoters on a private placement and preferential basis, potentially raising around 38.45 Cr.
