PNB Gilts Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PNB Gilts' board has approved its standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted a profit of Rs 16.01 crore for the quarter, a significant jump from previous periods.

The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Pranav Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
