Sampann Utpadan India's board has strengthened its governance by appointing Mr. Anant Kumar, an experienced civil engineer with 37+ years, as an Additional Independent Director. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Jolly and Mr. Pramod Agrawal as Independent Directors for their second terms, ensuring continuity and leveraging their extensive financial and legal expertise. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeetkumar Gourishankar Rath as a director liable to retire by rotation was approved for shareholder consideration.
