Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MHRIL's board approved its Q1 consolidated results. Q1 consolidated Profit After Tax stood at ₹7.11 Cr, with revenue reaching ₹701.40 Cr. Basic EPS for the quarter is ₹0.39.

Key management changes include the retirement of Mr. Dhanraj Mulki, Company Secretary, effective October 31, 2025. Ms. Mansi Laheri, with 17 years experience, is appointed Company Secretary (Designate) from August 1, 2025, and will assume full responsibilities from November 1, 2025.

Additionally, MHRIL's subsidiary Holiday Club Resorts OY completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Keskinainen Kiinleist Oy Salla Star, Finland.
