Vintage Coffee & Beverages is updating its capital raise plan. The company plans a preferential issue to raise up to Rs. 186 crore through 1.5 crore equity shares at Rs. 124 each. Additionally, it targets Rs. 29.76 crore from 24 lakh convertible warrants, each convertible into one equity share at Rs. 124. This capital will fund business expansion, bolster working capital, and cover general corporate needs. Some equity share allocations were adjusted among proposed investors. This strategic move aims to strengthen the capital base for long-term growth.
