Hi-Tech Gears' board has approved key leadership changes! Deep Kapuria, Pranav Kapuria, and Anuj Kapuria are set for re-appointment as Executive Chairman, Managing Director, and Executive Director, respectively, for three years from October 1, 2025. The board also appointed Mr. Ramakrishnan Ramanathan as an Additional Independent Director for five years and Mr. Vijay Mathur as Executive Director for three years, both effective July 24, 2025.
