RattanIndia Power (RPL) reported strong operational performance in Q1 FY26. Its Amravati plant achieved a 90.62% Plant Load Factor and 97% availability, making it the top-performing IPP in Maharashtra. The company posted an EBITDA of Rs. 196 Cr, despite a Q1 FY26 net loss of Rs. 14.60 Cr. RPL also generated Rs. 9.36 Cr from selling 12.09 million units on the power exchange. Favorable tribunal rulings on ash utilization and coal charges enable RPL to pursue cost recovery. The company also recovered Rs. 38.02 Cr and Rs. 18.04 Cr from prior regulatory claims.
