Falcon Technoprojects India Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Falcon Technoprojects' Board met and approved key leadership changes. Mrs. Twinkle Agarwal, a qualified Company Secretary, was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 23, 2025, subject to shareholder nod. This appointment fills a vacancy. Consequently, the Board also reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Agarwal joins both committees, enhancing governance. Mrs. Priyanka K Gola will chair both the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. These steps strengthen the Board's composition and oversight functions.
