Aurum PropTech is set to acquire 100% of PropTiger Marketing Services India for INR 86.45 crore. This all-stock deal aims to significantly deepen Aurum's existing proptech ecosystem. PropTiger, a provider of property consultancy and marketing services, reported a turnover of INR 100.93 Crore in FY24. The acquisition will involve Aurum issuing 42.42 lakh new equity shares to REA India, who will become a 5.54% stakeholder. This strategic move expands Aurum's footprint and capabilities in the real estate technology sector.
