Aurum PropTech is acquiring 100% of PropTiger, a leading online residential real estate brokerage, via an all-stock swap with REA India. REA India will receive 4,242,537 Aurum shares, becoming a 5.5% equity shareholder. This move significantly strengthens Aurum’s full-stack PropTech ecosystem, enhancing synergies with NestAway and Sell.Do. PropTiger reported FY24 revenue of ₹95.5 Cr, showing 23% CAGR over FY22-FY24. This acquisition expands Aurum's reach in the ₹38,000 Cr Indian residential real estate distribution market. Prakash Tejwani is appointed CEO of PropTiger, with Sridhar Srinivasan as CBO.
