SUPER BAKERS has announced its Board meeting outcome. The Board decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting on 25th September, 2025, via video conference/other audio-visual means, providing e-voting facilities from 22nd to 24th September. Shareholders should note the 18th September cut-off date for voting rights. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil S. Ahuja as Managing Director for three years from January 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Mann A. Ahuja as an Additional Director. Both director changes are pending shareholder approval. M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates were also approved as Secretarial Auditors for five years, awaiting shareholder endorsement.
