Previously an Associate Company, Soltrix is now a Step-Down Subsidiary of EIEL, held via its wholly-owned subsidiary EIE Renewables. This change, effective from the acquisition, comes after reviewing the agreement and confirming EIEL's effective control. For investors, this means Soltrix's financials will now be fully consolidated within EIEL's results, reflecting closer operational integration.
