Bambino Agro Industries notified shareholders about the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) account. Shares for which dividends remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more will be transferred. Unclaimed dividends for FY 2017-18 are already transferred, with related shares moving to IEPF by November 30, 2025. Shares linked to FY 2018-19 dividends are due for transfer by December 6, 2026. Shareholders can prevent this transfer and claim past dividends by contacting the Registrar with necessary documents by September 18, 2025. Post-transfer, all future benefits will credit the IEPF account, though shares can be reclaimed later from IEPF.
