Persistent Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Persistent Systems has announced a board meeting on July 23, 2025, where it approved the audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached INR 3,334 Cr and Profit After Tax was INR 425 Cr (original figures in Million). The board also approved issuing 1.35 million new equity shares to the PSPL ESOP Management Trust. Additionally, Mr. Yogesh Patgaonkar will retire as Chief People Officer, with Mr. Rajiv Naithani taking over effective August 1, 2025.
