Mr. Chandrasekar Thyagarajan has been appointed as CFO-Designate from July 24, 2025, and will assume the full CFO and Key Managerial Personnel role from August 8, 2025. Mr. Thyagarajan brings over 36 years of experience, including 20 years in CXO positions and significant expertise in the IT services sector, which is valuable for the company's financial strategy and ensures a smooth transition.
