Persistent Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Persistent Systems' board meeting concluded, approving Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue for the quarter was ₹3,333.59 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹424.94 Cr. The board also approved issuing 1.35 million new equity shares to the ESOP Trust. In a key leadership change, Mr. Yogesh Patgaonkar is retiring as Chief People Officer, and Mr. Rajiv Naithani will take over from August 1. Shareholders also approved a final dividend of ₹15 per share for FY25.
