Lancor Holdings Limited — Results, 23-07-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

LANCOR HOLDINGS (LANCORHOL) has provided updates regarding its annual audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The company experienced a delay in submitting these results, attributing it to challenges during the transition to a new accounting software, which led to discrepancies and extended the Board meeting late into the night. A brief delay in filing on the NSE portal was also noted, caused by a power outage and technical issues with the NEAPS Portal.

Separately, LANCORHOL informed that it had to resubmit its consolidated financial results in XBRL format. This was necessary to correct an error where the standalone EPS figure was inadvertently included in the consolidated results. The company has since submitted the revised consolidated financial results with the correct EPS.

LANCORHOL states these issues were unintentional and isolated incidents, reaffirming its commitment to timely compliance.
