Persistent Systems announced a key leadership transition. Mr. Yogesh Patgaonkar, the Chief People Officer, will retire effective July 31. The company has designated Mr. Rajiv Naithani as the new CPO, with his appointment effective from August 1. Naithani brings over two decades of HR experience in IT, previously serving as SVP – HR & OD within the company. This marks an important senior management change.
