Diana Tea Company's board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Singhania as Managing Director for a further five years, effective August 27, 2025, until August 26, 2030. Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai has also been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, starting December 1, 2025, until November 30, 2030.
