Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Limited — Results, 23-07-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Ltd. (ANYA) has released its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the half-year ended September 30, 2024.

The company's consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 grew to ₹136.81 crore, up from ₹123.42 crore in FY24. However, consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) slightly declined to ₹11.72 crore in FY25 compared to ₹12.05 crore in FY24. Profit attributable to owners was ₹8.03 crore (FY25) versus ₹9.21 crore (FY24), with Basic EPS stable at ₹0.91.

The Fertilizers Division was the main revenue driver, contributing ₹87.74 crore in FY25, while the Polymer Division added ₹49.07 crore. Fertilizers also led in segment profit, with ₹15.91 crore compared to Polymer's ₹2.65 crore.

On the cash flow front, operating activities saw a significant outflow of ₹51.37 crore for FY25, and investing activities also resulted in an outflow of ₹3.68 crore. These were largely covered by inflows from financing activities totaling ₹61.99 crore.

The company also confirmed the resubmission of its financial results to rectify an earlier format error, with the auditors providing an unmodified opinion on the financial statements, indicating fair presentation.
