Springform Technology has appointed M/s Ajay K. Kapoor & Company as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, effective from the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting until the 2030 AGM. The company has also approved the appointment of Ms. Ritika Wasson, Proprietor, Ritika Wasson & Co., as its Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. This secretarial auditor appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
