Bikaji Foods has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹637.06 Cr, with a profit of ₹58.53 Cr for the period.
The board also greenlit the incorporation of 'Bikaji Foundation', a Section 8 non-profit company for CSR initiatives. In a strategic move, a Joint Venture with C. G. Foods Nepal Limited was approved to expand manufacturing and marketing of snacks in Nepal. Additionally, a ₹5 Cr loan was sanctioned to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Bakes Private Limited, for working capital needs.
