Bikaji Foods has announced a board meeting on July 23, where key strategic moves were approved. The company released its consolidated financial results for the quarter, reporting a revenue of ₹652.67 Cr and a profit of ₹58.53 Cr.

Looking ahead, Bikaji is expanding its footprint by approving a Joint Venture with C. G. Foods Nepal Limited to produce and market snacks in Nepal. To boost its subsidiary, Bikaji Bakes Private Limited, a ₹5 Cr loan was approved for working capital. The board also gave the green light for forming "BIKAJI FOUNDATION," a non-profit for social development.
