Bikaji Foods International Limited — Important, 23-07-2025: Agreements

Bikaji Foods is expanding into Nepal via a 50:50 Joint Venture with C. G. Foods Nepal. This JV will manufacture and market snacks, namkeen, bhujia, papad, and sweets, leveraging both "Bikaji" and "CG" brands for market growth in the region. The company also approved an unsecured loan of ₹5 Cr to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Bakes, for working capital, with ₹1 Cr already disbursed. Additionally, Bikaji will incorporate 'Bikaji Foundation', a wholly-owned non-profit, to manage its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
