Filatex India Limited — Board Meeting, 23-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Filatex India's board meeting approved consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue stood at ₹1,049 Cr, with Net Profit at ₹40.7 Cr and EBITDA at ₹77.8 Cr, showing strong ~26% YoY growth in EBITDA and Net Profit.

The board re-appointed Shri Madhu Sudhan Bhageria as Chairman & Managing Director, Shri Purrshottam Bhaggeria as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and Shri Madhav Bhageria as Managing Director, each for five years. Two Independent Directors, Shri Rajender Mohan Malla and Shri Manish Vij, were also re-appointed. Additionally, the company is adding Steam Power Distribution to its object clauses, all subject to shareholder approval.
