Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has successfully incorporated Metallix Aviation Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This new entity is established to venture into the aviation business, representing a strategic diversification for IMFA. The subsidiary is set up with an authorized share capital of Rs. 10 Cr. IMFA will fully acquire control by initially investing Rs. 5 Cr in cash for 100% of its equity shares.
