The company has further divested 9.9% equity shares in Nauyaan Shipyard Private Limited (NSPL) to Nauyaan Tradings Private Limited, a Reliance Strategic Business Ventures subsidiary, for Rs. 54.70 Cr. This transaction follows earlier efforts to induct a strategic investor. The company now holds a 6.1% stake in NSPL. Financially, NSPL's contribution to the company's consolidated figures was minor in FY24-25, representing 0.12% of total income and 0.38% of profit before tax.
