CCL Products has announced its 64th Annual General Meeting on August 14. The company reported robust FY25 consolidated revenue of ₹3,105.75 crore and net profit of ₹310.34 crore, reflecting a 17% and 24% increase respectively. A record Q4 net profit of ₹101.87 crore was also achieved. A final dividend of ₹5.00 per share has been proposed. The expanded Vietnam facility is operational, boosting capacity to 36,000 tonnes. Executive Chairman C. Rajendra Prasad's re-appointment with a monthly remuneration of ₹0.35 crore was put forward for approval, alongside a focus on high-value products and green energy.
