Insolation Energy has incorporated a new subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra Four Private Limited, to significantly expand its footprint in the solar industry. The new entity, with an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr, will primarily engage in the development, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants, including rooftop photovoltaic projects, and offer related consultancy services. Insolation Energy will hold a 60% equity stake, making it the holding company, while promoters Mr. Vikas Jain and Mr. Manish Gupta will each hold 20%. This strategic move aims to enhance the company's capabilities and market presence within the renewable energy sector.
