JSW Energy Limited — Important, 24-07-2025: General Updates

JSW Energy, through its subsidiary, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with BESCOM for a 100 MW solar project, integrated with a 100 MWh battery energy storage system. The project's tariff is set at ₹4.31 per kWh. This strategic development significantly boosts JSW Energy's total locked-in energy storage capacity to 29.4 GWh. The move positions the company well to achieve its ambitious goal of 40 GWh of energy storage by 2030, reinforcing its clean energy transition efforts.
