Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-07-2025: Record Date

BHEL has set Friday, August 1, 2025, as the Record Date for its FY24-25 final dividend. Shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share. The 61st Annual General Meeting, where this dividend will be considered for approval, has been rescheduled to August 19, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid by September 17, 2025.
