Ms. Vaishnavi Nalabala and Mr. Sundeep Reddy Molakala have been appointed as Additional Independent Non-Executive Directors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Nalabala brings expertise in risk advisory and business management, while Mr. Molakala offers over two decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and telecom. Additionally, Mr. N. Mahender Reddy has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2025, enhancing the company's corporate governance and compliance functions.
