Power Finance Corporation has completed the transfer of two step-down wholly-owned transmission subsidiaries, Raghanesda RE Transmission Limited and NER Expansion Transmission Limited. These were sold to successful bidders Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Private Limited and Resonia Limited. This strategic divestment generated approximately ₹102.84 Cr from Raghanesda and ₹13.00 Cr from NER Expansion, totaling around ₹115.84 Cr in proceeds. This move enhances PFC's focus by divesting non-core transmission assets developed for specific RE and North-Eastern region projects.
