Quess Corp has announced a final dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share for FY2024-25, decided by its Board at a meeting on May 19. This dividend will be paid post-shareholder approval. Tax will be deducted at source (TDS). Resident shareholders face 10% TDS, with exemptions for low income (under INR 10,000) or Form 15G/H. Without a valid PAN, TDS is 20%. Non-residents face 20% TDS, potentially reduced with proper tax treaty documents.
