Shekhawati Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shekhawati Industries has announced a board meeting where the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved.

The board also approved significant appointments: re-appointment of Internal (Sunil Kudva & Co.) and Cost Auditors (N. Ritesh & Associates), and the appointment of new Statutory (SGCO & Co. LLP) and Secretarial Auditors (Dipesh Gosar & Co.) for five years, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting.

Mrs. Kalpana Mukesh Ruia was appointed as Additional Executive Director for five years, pending AGM approval, a move supported by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The Board also approved material related party transactions for five years, including with Mrs. Ruia. The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2025, virtually.
