Trident's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,706.89 Cr and a net profit after tax of ₹139.96 Cr. In a strategic move, the board also approved a plan to raise up to ₹500 Cr. This will be achieved by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through public or private offerings, in one or more tranches.
