Sun Pharma's US subsidiaries, SPII and Taro, have signed a settlement agreement in the Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation in the US. They will make an aggregate payment of US$ 200 Million, which resolves all claims against them from the settlement class members. This settlement is made without admission of wrongdoing and is subject to court approval. The final payment could be reduced if a significant number of class members opt out. This move aims to conclude a long-standing legal matter.
