Capital Small Finance Bank's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Bhavdeep Sardana as an Additional Director, effective immediately, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sardana will serve in a Non-Executive Non-Independent capacity. He brings 30 years of extensive experience in commercial, administrative, operations, and management within the agro-based food industry, including leadership at a company with an annual turnover of around 1500 Cr. Mr. Sardana also holds 1,28,391 equity shares in the Bank, jointly with his spouse. This appointment adds seasoned leadership to the board.
